Rosalie is the chief executive officer of MindTech USA, a client-centric consulting firm located in Lake Hopatcong, New Jersey. She was the vice president and director of information technology at BDI Laguna, where she oversaw the company's growth from $20M to $1B in sales through cost-effective integration and automation.
A graduate of Ramapo College of NJ with a BS in Accounting, Rosalie worked for Gikow, Bierman & Talesnick for 10 years before specializing in ERP systems at Sax Macy Fromm & Co. During the Y2K boom, she facilitated the transition for more than 50 tri-state companies to compliant Sage Software for On-Track Consulting. The result was the firm’s achievement as Reseller of the Year for 1998.
Richard Crone

Richard Crone is the support manager of the company. With more than 27 successful years in the field, he started as a systems analyst with TRW. He learned everything he could in his five years there.
Richard then jumped in as a logistics specialist with Mastech, traveling extensively to provide installation and support to clients in the US and abroad.
After 10 years with Mastech, he became a systems integration specialist with BDI Laguna. He helped the company reach its success in implementing, installing, training, and supporting their integration and automation systems. Clients have respected him for both his extensive knowledge and no-nonsense approach to training and problem-solving.
